Does life seem too difficult?  Are there days when you struggle to find pleasure in activities that once caused you joy?  If you have been struggling with feeling stuck and are having difficulty with self criticism, shame, lack of motivation and an overall sense of loss of meaning and direction in your life, there is hope! Whether you have recently experienced difficulties in your life or if you are struggling with wounds from the past, I can support you on your journey to recovery.

I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult. I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate space where you can tell me your story without judgement.  I will support you in identifying behaviours that no longer serve you and help you develop new insight and ways to cope so that you can live a more fulfilling life.  By using a strong compassionate, relational approach, I have witnessed inner healing and have had the privilege to support people in finding meaning and purpose in their life.
